I hope you have been following along over the past year, and that you've joined me in writing your own genealogy journal of memories. This is the last of the 52 weeks of topics BUT the good news is that I'm ready to begin the next 52 weeks! Yes, I have most of my topics already planned for the upcoming year. So please do join me here next Sunday to find out what Part 2 of Sharing Memories will bring.
Today is a bit different from the last 51 Sundays. I want to share an idea I had for my Sharing Memories Journal. Earlier this week I went to a site called Blog2Print and purchased a digital copy of my Sharing Memories Blog Posts which Blog2Print turned into a book for me.

Then I made sure that only my Sharing Memories blog posts were selected, by choosing Sharing Memories as the Topic to print. I also chose to have the posts ordered from first to last. I kept it simple but you do have many choices of a cover and layout and fonts. You can also choose to place your photos where you wish, or let Blog2Print do it automatically.

Bingo, I have a 25 page (double-sided) book complete with dedication (which I wrote) and table of contents. I could have chosen to have a softcover or hardcover copy created but I wanted to print my own for Christmas gifts for my daughter and sons.
I always wanted my children to have these written memories of my childhood, my parents and my grandparents. Blog2Print made it easy for me to create a nice booklet to give them under the Christmas Tree this year.
And that's it for this past 52 weeks. Please join me next Sunday for the start of our next 52 weeks of Genealogy Journal writing.
(Disclaimer: I make no commission for promoting Blog2Print. I'm suggesting it because I used it and I liked it.)

Congratulations on your 52 weeks of Sharing Memories! What a nice idea to bind your writings as a book.
Great idea about Blog2Print! Thanks for sharing.
I'd love to join you in the next project! What a wonderful idea!
Thanks for this information, I have been wanting to make some of my family blog post into a book. There are several places I've found that will turn your blog into a book but this one sounds easy and doesn't cost as much.
Excellent record of your memories, family and blog! Congrats
