  3. Ummm yes it IS free. There is NO COST to you to view the records.

    Providing a credit card is standard. That does NOT mean you will be charged. You won't be. There's no trick.

    It's no big deal to provide your credit card. The company is not trying to trick you. you will not be charged.

    Free's free in my book but to each his/her own. I don't care if I have to give my name etc in order to get that free goodie.
