After I created it using Excel, it was easy to see that heart problems appear to run in the family! This will be something for hubs to be aware of - to exercise more, eat healthy, and have regular medical checkups.

ReplyDeleteI did something similar for my husband when we switched heart doctors - Dr was very impressed and gave him great info on passed medical history - I also passed it along to his sisters and their children - since some have had heart issues.
