Is Ancestry.com Being Sold Again?
Rumour has it that Permira Advisers LLC, the buyout firm that owns
most of privately held Ancestry.com
, has hired investment banks to run an

Permira outbid other private equity firms to take
Ancestry private in 2012 for $1.6 billion.
What's in store for Ancestry and its customers now? We'll have to wait and see if the rumours are true.
