Photos like these deserve to be identified. Perhaps you might consider DeadFred.com to post them as mystery relatives.
It is a feature that this particular website offers and many times another visitor to the website would recognize the features of the mystery relative and offer comments that can sometimes provide clues to its identity.

That's an idea for anyone who doesn't have a website or blog. But the photos are published here AND I have my LOST FACES website.
