Okay I confess. I took a break and played at the Microsoft Playground at RootsTech. I tried River Rafting and Boxing on the XBox360 and it was a lot of fun.
Then I moved on to Flip-Pal Mobile Scanner booth and had a nice long talk with the designer of the user interface. We took some photos and I'll share those in a blog post I'm going to write about what's new with Flip-Pal.
Next, the Cyber Cafe to tweet. There is still no WiFi in general so it's not easy to send tweets as things happen. But you can follow me on Twitter at @LorineMS
I had time to interview a member of Ancestry.com and asked several questions I think readers will be interested in. I'll be posting that interview sometime next week.
My next stop is going to be a workshop session and then, at 4 p.m., I'm on an Expert Panel discussing self-publishing with Thomas MacEntee as moderator. It's going to be fun and I hope helpful to those thinking about dipping their toes into the self-publishing water.

I find it to be almost incomprehensible that there is not general wifi available at a rootstech convention. I'll stay tuned.
I agree regarding wifi, I am amazed. Sounds like you are having a lot of fun, keep enjoying!
