I live in the Hudson River Valley where our streams are 'kills' and many towns have Dutch names. I learned out history in school. However, I know nothing about Dutch food. Very interesting!

I'd probably eat some of these foods, and definitely drink the 'heavy' beer! A fascinating concept for a restaurant owner.
